Jim and Rachael Dumm
Tuscan Tan, Ltd. is owned and operated by Rachael Dumm, along with her husband James. James was born and raised in the Lancaster/Carroll area and Rachael is from Greenville in western Ohio. They moved down from Columbus where they attended college to Lancaster about 5 years ago to start their family. Though James helps out, Rachael runs the salon. Anyone under the age of 18, requires a parental consent, signed AT Tuscan Tan and we will abide by any request set forth by parent(s). We always recommend you wait 48 hours in between tanning sessions and require ALL clients to wait at least 24 hours between sessions.
